Managing Director Imran joined HB Corporate in February 2005 having previously gained experience at BZW Limited and at ARM Corporate Finance Limited where he specialised in fund raisings for small-medium sized technology and life science companies.
Imran also has experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals in the engineering, technology and healthcare sectors across Europe, the UK and North America having, completed a significant number of transactions.
