Director Rod joined HB Corporate in September 2006. He has over 18 years of corporate finance and broking experience having worked for Greig Middleton & Co Limited, Old Mutual Securities and latterly Dawnay Day Corporate Finance Limited.
Rod has specialised in advising UK and international smaller companies in relation to IPOs, secondary issues, private placements, mergers, acquisitions and disposals with a focus on the technology, healthcare, leisure and natural resource sectors.
He is a qualified solicitor and a Member of the Securities and Investment Institute.
